1996 Treasure Hunt ’59 Caddy

The ’59 Caddy is 5/12 in the 1996 Treasure Hunt series, car 15078, and collector number 432.

It is red enhanced with a silver stripe and “ELDORADO” on the sides.

Features include a clear windshield, tan interior, and a chrome plastic Malaysia base. The Real Rider wheels have Deep Dish rims and white line tires.

The Caddy made its Hot Wheels debut in the 1991 California Customs series. It is based on the 1959 Cadillac which is known for its big tailfins and bullet tail lights.

1996 includes 12 vehicles with each limited to 25,000 produced. They can be identified by a horizontal green stripe with “TREA$URE HUNT SERIES” on the package.
